In my occupation (forest fires), we've come to know fire as the 'beast' ...the living, breathing, all-consuming and never-forgiving beast. At times I find myself staring into its belly fascinated with the way it eats. This was taken from 30 feet away with a zoom lens looking into the massive blaze of a house size slash-pile on fire ( [link] ) ...

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
