Just before dawn... a frozen and colorful Canadian twilight.

In moments like this, which only last for a few minutes, the ambient soft-light glow of the horizon brings contrast to the jagged reflective scape before me...

making this long winter mile seem just a little shorter...

I love all of your pictures and seeing that I got a really good camera for Christmas ( and don't know that much about photography yet ) , i was going to ask if you have any tips for me???

thanks :) ...the best tip I can offer the aspiring nature photog is to think about lighting always ... find a subject to shoot and then plan to be there at the right time for best light...
